As time passes the notes from the Home Page and this Diary page will be stored in the Archive I am trying to log all the important details, be it success or failure. As the number of people taking an interest in alternative bee friendly beekeeping grows I am starting to send a regular email update to 'Friends of NewGenBees' and as hives are placed in the gardens of Friends I hope they will send updates and pictures recording the progress of the bees in their garden. The plan is to have many of these urban gardens with one or two hives as a way to maintain strong colonies, increase awareness of the honey bee and its activities as well as allowing anyone to be part of honey bee conservation without having to be a beekeeper. If you're interested in helping bees, doing your bit for the environment and having a jar or two of your own honey then either click this Invitation link or email me at tellmemore@newgenbees.co.uk You won't need to learn how to open the hives like this because my version of the Peoples Hive is designed for non intrusive use as you will see by clicking the link. At present I have not got all the old Diary pages moved accross to this new version of my web pages but I hope to complete the task eventually. Each of these links will take you to a different part of the Diary: Winter 2008 Spring 2009 March 2009 April 2009 Summer 2009 Made with Xara Web Designer Privacy |  Copyright 2009 | All rights reserved | 25 Woodlands Walk, Harrogate HG2 7BB SITEMAP
